These terms govern your use of the Eye Saver Pro Android app by WanuSoft.
By downloading, installing, or using Eye Saver Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing or Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by the payment processor and never reach our servers. Prices may vary by region and are shown before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your Google Play subscription settings. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's refund policy. For Stripe purchases, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request in line with applicable consumer law.
The free version of the App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Upgrading to Pro removes ads. We may also change which features are free or paid in future versions, without affecting entitlements you have already purchased.
Eye Saver Pro is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Break reminders, exercises, scores, and recommendations are general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you experience persistent eye pain, vision changes, headaches, or discomfort, stop using screens and consult a qualified eye-care professional.
You agree not to: (a) use the App unlawfully; (b) attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, or licensing mechanisms; (c) interfere with the App's operation or related services; (d) misrepresent your identity when contacting support.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Features may be added, changed, or removed in future versions. We aim to keep Pro features available to entitled users but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features dependent on third-party services (payments, push notifications, cloud sync) may be affected by those services.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, is owned by WanuSoft and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond the license in Section 2.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WanuSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or health outcomes arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
