This action cannot be undone. Before requesting deletion: • Export your Vault items (passwords, cards, addresses, files) from the app: Settings → Export. • Export your Authenticator accounts if you still need your 2FA codes. • If you have an active Premium subscription or credit balance, cancel it first from Settings → Manage Plan. Account deletion does not automatically refund remaining subscription time. • Sign out of Privacy Pro on all of your devices after the deletion is confirmed.
What will be deleted

  • Your account record: email address, display name, and sign-in credentials.
  • All synced Vault data: passwords, payment cards, addresses, files, and folders.
  • All Authenticator (OTP) accounts and their encrypted secrets.
  • Your Privacy AI chat history and conversations.
  • Cloud sync metadata and encryption key material references.
  • Registered device push-notification tokens.
What may be retained

  • Billing and tax records held by our payment processor (Stripe) where retention is required by law. These are financial records only and cannot be used to recreate your account.
  • Encrypted residual copies inside server backups are purged within 180 days of deletion, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
  • Local data on your device is not erased by this request. Uninstall Privacy Pro or clear the app data (Settings → Apps → Privacy Pro → Storage → Clear data) to destroy all local copies.
What happens next

1. We verify that you own the account email address. 2. Your account and synced data are deleted from production systems the same day the request is verified. 3. We send a confirmation email once deletion is complete. 4. If we cannot verify ownership, or the request appears fraudulent, we may ask for additional confirmation before proceeding.
